Refund Policy

At Automate Interactive Leadz X LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality services tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of digital marketing services and customized solutions, we have the following refund policy in place:


1.) Initial Consultation Fees: Consultation fees are non-refundable as they cover the time and expertise provided during this process.


2.) Service Payments:

  • Once work has commenced on a service, refunds will not be issued for completed or in-progress work.
  • If a project is terminated by the client prior to completion, refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis for unutilized services, less any applicable administrative fees.


3.) Subscription Services:

  • Subscriptions for ongoing services (e.g., monthly marketing plans, SEO, PPC management) must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the charge for the next cycle.
  • Refunds will not be issued for previously billed subscription cycles.


4.) Product Purchases:

  • Any digital or physical products purchased through our website are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or shipped.


5.) Setup Fees:

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover preparatory work and resources allocated to initiate the service.
  • The scope of setup fees will be detailed in your service agreement and may include activities such as account setup, platform integrations, and initial campaign configurations.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your service or subscription. Our cancellation terms are as follows:


Cancellation Notice:

  • Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of any project.
  • For subscription services, cancellations must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.


Termination of Services:

  • Upon receiving a cancellation request, all services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any remaining balance due for completed work will be billed and must be settled before termination.


Prepaid Packages:

  • Prepaid service packages are non-refundable. However, clients may apply unused portions of prepaid packages towards future services within 6 months of purchase.

Additional Terms

  • All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@aileadzx.com.
  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days.
  • Automate Interactive Leadz X LLC reserves the right to review and assess all requests on a case-by-case basis.
